DISMANTLEMENT ISN'T AN OPTION
We do, however, have a choice. To let the Earth find its balance naturally. Or to set guidelines and rules now that will help us avoid the famine, anarchy, disease and collapse which we know lie ahead if nature is to take its course.
DISMANTLEMENT ISN'T HIERARCHICHAL
There's no leader, no lieutenants - only supporters. Dismantlement has no physical address...no registered office. It will reside inside everyone who wishes to give it a home.
DISMANTLEMENT ISN'T POLITICAL OR RELIGIOUS
Although political by definition, Dismantlement attaches itself to no existing political parties. The same applies to the world's organised religions. Dismantlement can't afford to be 'owned' by any group or any personality. The solutions to the human condition will never come from the existing cast of functionaries, gurus, or political and religious camps. The answers have to come from the outside - from the free and floating spirit that exists here on the World Wide Web.
DISMANTLEMENT ISN'T NATIONALISTIC
Although Dismantlement has to begin in the developed countries, every nation on Earth will benefit from it, even if they never really understand the word, let alone hear it spoken. The future of emerging nations depends on the dismantlement of their populations, but they will only learn this through the examples and policies being set by their richer neighbours.
DISMANTLEMENT ISN'T NEGATIVE
To dismantle can only be positive, especially when it's carried out virtually invisibly over ten generations and when you consider the riches it can bring every person and creature, starting immediately.
DISMANTLEMENT ISN'T NAIVE OR IDEALISTIC
If you take the word naive to mean simple, then we admit it. The answers to our problems are simple. As for idealism, the word means 'action based on a conception of things as one thinks they should be'. But it's not this web site telling you how things should be, it's the planet.
DISMANTLEMENT ISN'T A FASHION STATEMENT
Nor is it a passing fad to be put in the drawer in a year's time and forgotten about. The first job is to bring Dismantlement to the boil. Then to keep it simmering over ten generations. Collective human concentration has no constancy. To keep the resolve of our 'global person' alive for two and a half centuries is going to take some doing, especially when our circumstances begin to improve and people are lulled into thinking Dismantlement is no longer necessary. Dismantlement stops only when the job is done and the ultimate targets have been met.
